To Change or Update Your Voter Registration:

You may change your address, name, or party affiliation by completing a new Voter Registration Application or Voter Registration Change Form. These forms are available to download by clicking here. Once completed, please mail to your County’s Board of Elections. You will find the information on the back of the Voter Registration Application.

Your updated registration is not effective until you receive a new voter registration card from the Board of Elections. If you have not received a card within three weeks of sending in your changes, please call the Board of Elections at:
